FCC has been able to secure some funds for development in 30 of the 48 wards (to be randomly selected) and we want to engage directly with you, our residents, about how you want to use those funds to meet needs in your localities.

In light of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, we will start this engagement by launching a Digital Town Hall Initiative to connect randomly selected property owners with their councilors and the Mayor in small WhatsApp groups. Next year, this tool will be extended to all wards and will be used to enable our property rate payers to determine the use of the 20% of property rate revenue raised in their wards.
