Today, Mayor Aki-Sawyerr launched FCC’s latest innovative platform in the presence of FCC Councillors and staff at the Mayor’s Parlour.
The website – www.discoverfreetown.sl – will help residents and visitors of Freetown to learn about events and businesses in the city.
The website supports the city’s TransformFreetown tourism target, as it will boost patronage and in turn revenues for our residents doing business and hosting events, whilst helping visitors get an authentic Freetown experience.

We encourage business owners and organizers of events open to the public to fill out the form on the “Share Event/Location” page and share it with all Freetonians!
