Freetown City Council (FCC) is delighted to announce that construction of the new Freetown City Hall is approaching completion.  

Dominating Freetown’s skyline at 15 stories tall, the City Hall is an ultra-modern complex in the heart of the City’s Central Business District.   Whilst its primary purpose is to serve the Office of the Mayor and the Council’s Administration, the complex will also offer some of the best hospitality and entertainment facilities available in the country, in addition to high grade office space, conference and learning facilities and car-parking.  

FCC is offering 3 floors of ultra-modern office space, each of approximately 1000m2.  In terms of quality, the office space is unparalleled in Sierra Leone.  With state-of-the-art heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, reliable light and water (including 24/7 emergency supply), open and/or partitioned space and excellent conference facilities, this space would suit a wide range of national and international organisations, across all sectors. FCC is offering these floors (floors 9 to 11) for rental as office space.
