The Civil Works Engineer in the Freetown City Council provides support to the City Engineer in a daily site supervision of construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of infrastructural projects for the council

What We Do

The department monitors and records all daily site activities and ensures that specifications for all materials conform to those prescribed in the bidding document, contract and agreement for the works
