The City Engineer Department provides mentoring support to the Freetown City Council in the design, implementation and Management of Works/infrastructure projects of the City Council.

What We Do

The City Engineer is responsible for the overall planning of civil sub-projects and facilitating the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) procurement of subprojects selected by them and the construction of civil works.

Who We Are

The City Engineer also provides full-time supervision of the Council’s project management unit (CPMU).
