With support from The Carter Center’s Inform Women, Transform Lives campaign, the Freetown City Council Saturday 6 December joined over 25 market women at the Low Cost Market for a successful Clean Market Day led by Councillor Hakiratu Maxwell Caulker.

These women showed remarkable commitment proving that community transformation starts with those who care the most. Local comedian Faculty added excitement to the day by sharing key messages on the Council’s waste-management services, turning learning into laughter and action.
