Joined by the Deputy Chief Administrator, the meeting explored practical avenues for partnership that can improve service efficiency and public outreach.

Freetown City Council looks forward to working closely with QCELL to enhance digital payment systems for property rates, local taxes, and business licenses. Discussions also covered amplifying sanitation messaging under FCC’s ongoing #DortiMusGo campaign, including popularising the 8244 toll-free line, message amplification through bulk SMS, and potential support to municipal nurses schools through digital learning, among other areas of cooperation.
