Background

Freetown City Council is delighted to inform the General Public that the 15 Storey Freetown City Hall, which was under construction by the Government of Sierra Leone with support from the people of South Korea is almost complete. The Council alone cannot manage the entire facilities and therefore intends to seek the services of eligible service providers for management of some elements of the City Hall.

Objective of the Assignment

The Freetown City Council (FCC) is soliciting the Services of a firm   for the Management of the City Hall Auditorium. The auditorium has capacity for 460 people, with cinema seating, fully fitted stage, audio visual equipment and adjacent classrooms.  The Auditorium is there to serve the office of the Mayor and the Council’s Administration and to provide the necessary hospitality, entertainment and conference facilities to the public. FCC therefore encourages eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. 

The Selection Process

The Freetown City Council now invites firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide a statement of capability and experience indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar assignments, availability of appropriate skills and staff, etc.). This advertisement is open to all firms that may express their interest and provide the aforesaid eligibility requirements:

Written expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by not later than 17:00 hours December 31st 2020
