Who We Are

The City Valuator provides the property valuation service to the city council for rating purposes. It provides effective, efficient and timely delivery of rating valuations for allocated assessments to the council.

What We Do

The Valuation Department is responsible for the general administration of Property Rates in accordance with the Local Government Act of 2022 and Assessment of buildings for Properties Rates Purposes, Lease Rental assessment of FCC properties, street parking.
